Return & Refund Policy

At GREYED, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality formal shirts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You can return an item purchased from www.greyed.in within 15 days from the date of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

For a return or exchange to be eligible, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.
  • The product must be in its original, brand-new condition with no damage, stains, or signs of wear.

·         Free items (incase) included in your order by us will have to be returned along with the return order and you cannot claim any refund amount against these free items.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to support@greyed.in with the subject line: "Return/Exchange Request - [Your Order Number]".
  2. In the email, please include your Order Number, a clear reason for the return or exchange, and clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a reverse pick-up from your delivery address. Please pack all products along with all packaging and tags in the return polybag provided with each shipment.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected at our facility, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund & Exchange Options

Upon a successful return, you have the following options:

  • Refund: The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
  • Exchange: You can exchange the product for a different size or a new item of the same value. The exchange is subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at support@greyed.in. We will arrange for a reverse pick-up of the item and ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may follow our standard return process upon delivery.
